FixMode provides an AI-powered repair assistance platform that offers:

  • Real-time AI vision-based repair guidance using camera input
  • Comprehensive step-by-step repair guides for 1,000+ devices
  • Voice-guided repair instructions
  • Community-contributed repair tips and solutions
  • Access to repair tutorials and troubleshooting resources

The Service may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You may not use another user's account without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • AI-generated repair guidance will always be correct or safe
  • Any errors or defects will be corrected

REPAIRS CAN BE DANGEROUS. Always follow proper safety procedures, disconnect power sources, and consult a professional if you are unsure. FixMode is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from following repair guides.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIXMODE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Property damage or personal injury resulting from repair attempts
  • Damage to devices or equipment during or after repairs
  • Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of FixMode and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our prior written consent.

User-Generated Content

By submitting content to the Service (comments, tips, photos, videos), you grant FixMode a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content.

You represent that you own or have necessary rights to any content you submit, and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Subscription and Payment

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan
  • Provide accurate and complete billing information
  • Authorize automatic recurring charges unless you cancel
  • Accept that prices may change with 30 days' notice

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
